GMP and the Government of Indonesia (GoI) sign green cooperation agreement

In Jakarta on 29 of July 2010 GMP signed an MoU with the Ministry for the Development of Disadvantaged Regions in Indonesia - Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal (PDT) to enhance cooperation on issues of sustainable development of disadvantaged areas, efficient land use management and climate change mitigation. Three disadvantaged areas of Indonesia (Kabupaten Malawai in West Kalimantan, Kabupaten Tojo Una-una in Sulawesi Tengah and Kabupaten Keerom in Papua) have been nominated for Pilot Projects..
